Eastgate Shopping Centre attracts a large number of international tourists as well as drawing from a catchment area consisting primarily of A and B income groups. With an excess of 2 million people visiting the centre monthly, rising to 2.5 million in December renting a promotional area within the centre has proved to be a successful way of marketing products to a captive audience.

There are a number of court areas available for hire throughout the shopping centre, with various sizes and prices.

The running of these courts has been outsourced to Mall Space Management who specialise in the hiring of short-term promotional/selling space in shopping centres.
